Moving is routinely ranked as one of the most stressful experiences in life, ranking among the death of a family member, sickness, divorce, job loss, and so on. Packing is the one chore that is bound to provide you with a slew of challenging scenarios. Furthermore, packing for moving should always be accompanied by decluttering - the tedious task of rummaging through all your belongings trying to figure out what you might need and what you need to trash. This can be very, super stressful, especially if you or someone you live with is a bit of a hoarder.

This is where your organizational skills will be tested; not only that, but your mental power to make quick decisions without getting too emotionally hung up on objects.

As the clock starts ticking away as soon as you mark down moving day, you will feel like you don't have enough time. Days will start to feel like hours, which usually happens when we have a lot to get done, but funnily when we are waiting in anticipation, TIME has an uncanny habit of starting to drag. Time is worse than an enemy when moving.

As time quickly passes, the mere thought that you haven't got enough packed or organized for the move can send your stress levels through the roof, especially if you are procrastinating or avoiding packing a particular area or room in your house.
