Will you damage my roof, gutters, or siding?
No. We use clips made for gutters and shingles, and we never use nails, staples, or adhesive. On stucco and brick, we wrap and tie off without touching the surface. If we damage anything, we fix it at our cost.
What if a bulb burns out or a storm knocks a line down?
Tell us and weʼll fix it within 48 hours at no charge. Thatʼs covered all season.
Do I need to be home?
No. We just need access to an outdoor outlet.
I have an HOA. Is that a problem?
Usually not. Tell us on the form and weʼll design within your HOAʼs rules.
Do I buy the lights?
No. The lights are ours, and the show is yours. We install, maintain, take down, and store them. You never buy, store, or untangle a thing.
When do you install and take down?
Installs run through November 25. Takedown wraps up by mid-January. You pick your install date when you book.
Are you insured?
Yes. Our crew is fully insured for ladder and roof work.
Can I pick my colors?
Yes. Warm white, red and green, or multicolor are available on every package.
